4 - Season Sunrooms
 7 Rivers offers you a unique approach to sunroom construction. We do not use kits or manufactured rooms, but we could if you prefer. We offer our customers a true four season room that is as comfortable in January as it is in June. It is our experience that rooms manufactured with “thermally broken” aluminum extrusions may be fine for warmer climates, but cannot perform in the extreme climates we live in.
7 Rivers Building Improvements custom designs Sunrooms on an individual basis. All our sunrooms are designed to match the architecture and exterior finish of the existing structure resulting in a room that looks like it was part of the original plan.
All of our sunrooms are custom built with 2 x 6 framing and 2 x 10 floors, and depending on the ceiling design, energy trusses or hand framing is done. This in combination with Thermal Line COMPOZIT high performance windows and glass allows us to install R-factors and infiltration remedies that far exceed industry standards. More often than not, our rooms are much more energy efficient than the structures they are attached to.
As a part of 7 Rivers full service policy. At no additional charge, the customers heating system can be analyzed for proper sizing and efficiency. If needed, cost effective recommendations will be offered to the customer before construction begins. With this, it is conceivable that 7 Rivers can add livable square footage to your home and reduce energy consumption at the same time.
